Location of Celebration, Florida
Celebration is on the doorstep of Disney World! It is nestled in between the Reunion Resort, West Kissimmee, East Kissimmee, and Disney World.
It is about 45 minutes south of Downtown Orlando and can be accessed via the I-4, the 417, and Highway 192, making it very well connected to the rest of the area. These main roadways easily take visitors towards Downtown Orlando, Tampa, and to both the east and west coasts.
There are two main roadways through town – Celebration Avenue and Celebration Boulevard. The main entrance can be found just off of Highway 192.

Celebration was designed to be a tight-knit community. It’s one of the few places in Central Florida where you will know your neighbors and the people who live in your community. Nature
Celebration has miles of walking and biking trails throughout the community which is a great way to explore the town and see the local wildlife. These trails wind through beautiful parks and around the multiple lakes. The most popular trail is the Celebration Trail which runs along the western edge of the town and offers gorgeous views of Celebration’s natural beauty. Another popular trail is the Lakeside Trail which runs along the shores of Lake Rainhard and Lake Evalyn. Here, you will have the opportunity to see alligators, turtles, multiple bird species, and the local deer!
Convenient Location
Celebration is conveniently located at the junction of three of the major highways in the Orlando area, making it easy to get in and out of town. Residents also have easy access to all of the local attractions and are never far away from the daily things they need, with two grocery stores and shopping centers within easy reach of the town center!

Townhomes in Celebration are typically two or three stories tall and range in size from 1,200 square feet to over 3,000 square feet. They are designed in true Celebration style with most having front porches, backyards or patios, well manicured landscaping, and garages at the back.
Some of the townhomes in Celebration are within walking distance of the town center and all are located near pools, parks, and walking trails.

Single Family Homes
Single family homes in Celebration are constructed so no two homes look the same. Property styles include Victorian, Classical, Colonial, Coastal, Mediterranean, and French. They all have their own special character which you will fall in love with!
Known for their sense of privacy, desirable location, and beautiful architecture, homes range in size from about 1,500 square feet to over 6,000 square feet. Many are on spacious lots, with plenty of room for outdoor entertaining and living. Most have room for private pools, outdoor kitchens, and garages, with views of either the golf course or the towns many nature preserves.
Schools in Celebration, Florida
Not only does Celebration have multiple private and public schools within the community, it is also a place where you will still see children walking and cycling to school within the safety of the community. All schools are held to a very high standard and offer children the resources for a great education.
The Montessori Academy is a private K-8 school located in the heart of Celebration right next to Spring Park. This school emphasizes hands-on learning, individualized instruction, and a focus on social and emotional development.
Opening in Fall of 2023, this brand new elementary school is located in Island Village and is a great addition to the many schools offered in Celebration.
The Celebration K-8 is a public school located in the center of town and is within walking distance of many of the homes.
It is ranked #2 of all traditional K-8 and middle schools in Florida, awarded an A ranking by the Department of Education for nearly two decades, and is a 5 star school.
Celebration High School is a public high school that serves grades 9-12. It offers students a rigorous academic program with Advanced Placement Courses and International Baccalaureate Programs. It has an extensive range of extra curricular activities including sports programs, theatre, art, music, and dance teams.

Downtown Celebration is has a wide range of shops and restaurants interspersed with businesses, banks, and offices. Exploring downtown is a great way to meet your neighbors or you can simply sit, relax, and enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Rianhard.
If golf is your go-to sport, Celebration has you covered! The course winds its way through beautiful neighborhoods and offers a large clubhouse, lessons, and restaurant with happy hours. The course was co-designed by the masters of golf course architecture, Robert Trent Jones Senior and Junior and offers a challenging, yet rewarding experience no matter your expertise.
Disney Springs is a great place for tourists and locals alike! It’s a short 10 minute drive away from Celebration. It has easy parking with immediate access to an endless range of well known shops such as Zara, Under Armor, Lululemon, and Kate Spade, to name a few. There are also over 50 restaurants appealing to every pallet. So whether its a light lunch, a gourmet meal, or a quick ice cream your culinary needs are covered! For cinema goers, Disney Springs is home to the AMC Dine-In theatre which has 24 theaters where guests can enjoy the latest movies in total comfort. Imagine having all of this on your doorstep!
Located at the southern end of Disney’s World Drive, Celebration residents are just moments away from the six Disney Parks. Also close by are three Universal Studio Parks, Seaworld, and an unbeatable range of first rate attractions such as ICON Park, Fun Spot, and Ripely’s Believe it or Not.
